Ingredients

1 cup evaporated milk

1 can frozen lemonade

1 pkg. cream cheese, cut into chunks

1 box instant lemon pudding mix

1 graham cracker pie crust

Zest of one lemon

Whipped cream

Directions

Mix together evaporated milk and lemonade in blender

Add cream cheese chunks, a small amount at a time, blending until smooth after each addition

Add pudding mix and zest

Blend until smooth

Pour into pie crust

Serve with dollop of whipped cream

Cook time is chill time
