Lemon Blender Pie

This is an easy pie to make...Just throw everything in the blender...Got off the net.
Ingredients
- 1 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 can frozen lemonade shopping list
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, cut into chunks shopping list
- 1 box instant lemon pudding mix shopping list
- 1 graham cracker pie crust shopping list
- Zest of one lemon shopping list
- whipped cream shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together evaporated milk and lemonade in blender
- Add cream cheese chunks, a small amount at a time, blending until smooth after each addition
- Add pudding mix and zest
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into pie crust
- Serve with dollop of whipped cream
- Cook time is chill time
