Ingredients
  • 1 lb. processed cheese, (Velveeta or similar) cut into small pieces
  • 1can evaporated milk (13 oz.)
  • 4 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 tspsalt
  • Dash tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp dry mustard

Directions
  1. Melt all ingredients in heavy saucepan or double boiler over medium-low heat.
  2. Sitr constantly until mixture is combined and creamy.
  3. Do not boil or simmer.
  4. Let cool until pourable but not solid.
  5. Pour into clean jars with screw-on lids or clean plastic squirt bottles.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
  7. Use on crackers or in recipes calling for Cheez Whiz.
  8. * Add chopped chilis to make jalapeno Cheez Whiz.
  9. Makes 4 medium jars.
