Halibut with Lemon Shallots and Herbs

- ¼ cup butter shopping list
- 2 tsp finely chopped shallots, or fresh chives shopping list
- 2 tsp finely chopped tarragon or dill shopping list
- 2 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- ½ tsp lemon shopping list
- ¼ tsp crushed garlic shopping list
- 4 fillets (6 0z) halibut or sea bass shopping list
How to make it
- In small bowl, mix together the butter, shallots, tarragon, parsley, mustard, lemon juice and garlic until well combined.
- Broil the fish for 4 – 6 minutes per side, or until it flakes from the center with a fork.
- Spread about 1 tbsp of the spread mixture over each portion of fish.
- Garnish with a couple of sprigs of chives.
