How to make it

  • In small bowl, mix together the butter, shallots, tarragon, parsley, mustard, lemon juice and garlic until well combined.
  • Broil the fish for 4 – 6 minutes per side, or until it flakes from the center with a fork.
  • Spread about 1 tbsp of the spread mixture over each portion of fish.
  • Garnish with a couple of sprigs of chives.
