How to make it

  • Boil potatoes until tender, but still a bit firm. Cool completely.
  • Combine mushrooms, celery, peppers and onion in large bowl.
  • Whisk together oil, lemon juice, Dijon, dill, hot sauce sugar and salt and pepper.
  • Cube cooled potatoes and add to veggies.
  • Pour dressing over veggies and toss to coat.
  • Refrigerate a couple hours before serving to meld flavors.
