Creamy Pineapple Soda

this is an ice cream soda with pineapple and coconut ... it's a little something different.. on the amounts of the ingredients I just use my judgement..and my mood.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice shopping list
- 1/3 cup coconut milk shopping list
- 7 ounces vanilla ice cream, i like the french vanilla shopping list
- 4 1/2 ounces frozen pineapple chunks... shopping list
- 3/4 cup sparkling water shopping list
How to make it
- blend the pineapple juice, coconut milk with the ice cream and pineapple chunks until smooth
- pour the mixture into pretty tall glasses until 2/3rds full.
- top with the sparkling water
- add straws and serve.
