Creamy Pumpkin-Filled Biscuits

- 1 pkg.(8oz) cream cheese,softened shopping list
- 1c canned pumpkin shopping list
- 1/2c cold milk shopping list
- 1/2c whipped topping shopping list
- 1 pkg.(3.4 oz) instant vanilla pdding shopping list
- 1/2tsp. pumpkin pie spice shopping list
- 1 tube(17.3 oz) large refrigerated flakey biscuits shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
- conf. sugar ,optional shopping list
How to make it
- In a smallmixing bowl,beat the first six ingredients until smooth;set aside. On lightly floured surface,roll out each biscuit into a6'" circle. Spread 1/3c cream cheese mixture on half of each biscuit.. Bring dough
- from opposite side over filling just until the edges meet;pinch seams to seal.
- Indeep-fat fryer;heat oil to 375. Fry bisquits,a few at atime,for 1-2 mins on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Dust with confectioners sugar while warm,if desired. Serve immediately.
