Kentucky Pie

- 1/2 c. butter shopping list
- 2 1/2 c. sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 c. cream (may use half & Half, canned milk or pure cream) shopping list
- 3 Tbsps. flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and sugar with flour.
- Beat in eggs (by hand, but beat well).
- Stir in cream, add vanilla.
- Pour into two pie shells and bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes---until firm in center when shaken.

- Note: I use frozen pie shells and have found that they tend to get too brown before pie is done. To prevent this, put a small strip of Reynolds Wrap around edges while baking--remove the last five minutes.
