Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • In a bowl combine eggs, cream, salt, and pepper; beat until smooth and well blended. Stir in chopped chili peppers. Lightly grease a shallow 1-quart baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over bottom of prepared baking dish then pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set. If desired, broil for a minute or two.
  • You can add any of the meats or vegetable that I mentioned to make it a "complete" breakfast in one.

    Hey Sassy!

Okay, here's the deal... first you have to promise not to tell ANYONE. (Well, Vickie knows)... I've never made a casserole. Really, I'm not kidding. I just never been in a place where I've had the opportunity to come up with one. I guess I've just been too snobby. Not too proud of that necessarily lol. When I saw that you had posted this, thought I'd come in and come clean. I will be trying this, but not the full recipe -- probably just half to start with. I'm also branching out and trying some casseroles. Thank you sweetie

    Take care,
    Ray
