Ingredients

3/4 cup chopped sweet onion

2 cups diced pineapple

1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon chopped jalapeno pepper

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Directions

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring until blended. season w/ salt and pepper if desired.
