This is a different hamburger hash.
I can't begin to guess on prep time.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 c. diced potatoes
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet and drain.
- Add next 4 ingredinets.
- Add water to barely cover.
- Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender and hash begins to thicken, stirring occasionally (about 40 minutes).
