How to make it

  • 1.MELT shortening in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, cabbage and fennel seed. Cook and stir over medium heat until tender.
  • 2.PLACE in medium serving bowl. Add noodles and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Toss well.

    I've heard of this before but have never tried. A gal I worked with said her grandmother made cabbage and noodles and she just loved it. I'll have to save this one. Thanks. Peg
