Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a skillet, melt butter and oil over medium heat and saute' chicken (until no pink remains)
  • Add: water,rice,lemon juice,and rosemary
  • bring to a boil
  • reduce heat
  • cover and simmer about 10 min.s
  • remove from heat
  • stir in chopped parsley and cream
  • serve over spinach leaves as a bed
  • garnish with tomato (for color)
