Creamy coleslaw with a little kick to it....how much kick is up to you!!

Ingredients
  • 1 Lb bag of coleslaw cabbage mix (small bag)
  • DRESSING:
  • 1/4 Cup sour cream (regular or no fat)
  • 1/8 Cup Mayonnaise (regular or no fat)
  • 1 Tbsp White wine vingegar
  • 3/4 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Tsp Celery salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Cayenne pepper (or more to taste)
  • 1/4 Tsp Paprika (or more to taste)
  • 1/4 Tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 Green onions chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped fresh chives
  • OPTIONAL: 1/8 - 1/4 Tsp hot sauce

Directions
  1. Combine DRESSING ingredients and mix well
  2. Pour DRESSING over cabbage and toss to combine
  3. Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving
  4. Enjoy!!
