Beer Marinade

This is one of my favorite marinades. I found it in my Doubleday Cookbook. It works great for cooked shrimp for appetizers, as well as a marinade before broiling steak, shrimp or chicken.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces beer shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil; plus 2 tablespoons shopping list
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 clove garlic; peeled and crushed shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Use to marinate peeled, cooked shrimp.
- May also use to marinate chicken, steaks or shrimp before grilling.
