Beer Marinade Recipe

Beer Marinade Recipe
This is one of my favorite marinades. I found it in my Doubleday Cookbook. It works great for cooked shrimp for appetizers, as well as a marinade before broiling steak, shrimp or chicken.

When I roast a chicken, I lay the bird on a bed of veggies (carrots/onions/celery) and and bath of beer and chicken broth. I use this to baste. I love the results. I look forward to trying beer in a marinade! These are a great ingredient combo. Thanks for sharing.
