Haiku Beef Bingo Soup Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups beef broth

1/2 cup water

1 small red onion, sliced

1/4 carrots, julienned

flank steak, frozen, sliced very thin

1 cup Udon noodles

juice of 1/4 small lime plus 3 thin slices

1/2 tsp red and green Thai peppers, sliced into O's

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Broth, clear and steamy.

Roots thin and fatty cow bath

Twixt zing and noodle.
