Peanutbutter Dessert Pancakefor all my peanutbutter foodies

Perfect dessert pancake
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 6 Tbs. sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbs baking powder shopping list
- 3/4 tsp.cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanutbutter shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 2/3 cup lowfat milk shopping list
- 4 Tbs. butter melted shopping list
- 1 cup choclate chips{mini's} shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk dry ingredients together using rubber spatula beat in peanutbutter untill soft then stir in eggs, milk ,butter mix in choclate chips lightly oil skillet{or use Cookin Spray} preheat over medium heat} drop 1/3 cup batter onto skillet pat into rounds cook till golden brown flip cook other side Let coool serve with ice cream{Your choice}.
