Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef cooked
  • 1 box of zatarains dirty rice mix
  • 1 onion
  • 8 bell peppers
  • parmesan for topping
  • 2 tblsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions
  1. Ok first thing before you smoke a big ass bowl... lol yeah you!
  2. cook and drain ground meat along with the onion chopped up and add extra virgin olive oil
  3. then follow directions on the dirty rice box
  4. dont smoke yet...
  5. about 20-25 min later you have finished dirty rice
  6. during that 20-25 min you would have had time to cut and gut bell peppers
  7. fill to the top with dirty rice and arrange stuffed stoner delights in a baking pan with a lid
  8. before yall close the lid though add about an inch of water at the bottom of the pan this helps team them for an out of this world experience
  9. with lid on place in oven on 375 and bake for about 45 min to an hr
  10. now you can smoke a bowl the work is done get stoned cause in about 45 min you can dust the top with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
  11. trust me its worth going to find this zatarains stuff at the market in the rice section!

Love their dirty rice made with chicken livers - can you tell cholesterol doesn't scare me? Stoner...we all know someone with that nickname. He/she collects stones, right??? (I'm a child of the 60's...what did you expect)
