Ingredients
  • Cake Ingredients:
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup coconut
  • 1 can cream of coconut (use after cake has been baked)
  • Frosting:
  • 1 container cool whip
  • coconut (extra to spinkle on top)

Directions
  1. Mix well the boxed cake mix, oil, water, eggs (beaten), and ½ cup coconut.
  2. Pour all into a 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350º F for 30 minutes.
  4. After taking cake out of oven.
  5. Poke holes in cake.
  6. Pour 1 can of cream of coconut over cake.
  7. Let cake cool.
  8. Frost with cool whip
  9. Sprinkle more coconut over top.
