How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients but tofu in a bowl or measuring cup.
  • Arrange tofu pieces in a shallow baking dish, and pour the marinade overtop.
  • Marinate in fridge for two hours, flipping slices halfway through.
  • Drain, reserving 1/4 cup marinade.
  • Cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 3 minutes a side.
  • Add reserved marinade and cook over high heat for 2 minutes longer.
