How to make it

  • Place fish in lightly sprayed glass baking dish
  • Arrange veggies over top and around sides of fish
  • Combine butter, lemon juice, herbs, salt and peppers
  • Bake uncovered at 350 for 15-25 minutes depending on fish until flakes with fork
  • **for the serving in the photo, I used tilapia, my babiest fresh basil leaves, fresh dill, and carrots, broccoli and cauliflower hearts, shredded**

    This was awesome!! I used broccoli (cut pretty small) and shredded carrots with mine. Yum...my whole family loved it! Thanks Keni, another good one!

    Keni, I've never really known what to do with fish. Thanks for this 'recipe' now I can make just about anything that looks good at the fish counter that day!
