Nothing To It Baked Fish And Veggies-ci

- 2lb fresh fish fillets(white fish works best) shopping list
- 1 stick butter, melted shopping list
- 2 cups julienned veggies(zucchini, squash, broccoli or cauliflower hearts cabbage, etc) shopping list
- 1 leek or 2 green onions, sliced shopping list
- 8oz fresh mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 1 stick butter, melted shopping list
- juice from 1 lemon shopping list
- 1-2 tsp cayenne(or paprika if less heat is preferred) shopping list
- fresh herbs, depending on preference(dill, basil, rosemary, thyme, chives) shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place fish in lightly sprayed glass baking dish
- Arrange veggies over top and around sides of fish
- Combine butter, lemon juice, herbs, salt and peppers
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 15-25 minutes depending on fish until flakes with fork
- **for the serving in the photo, I used tilapia, my babiest fresh basil leaves, fresh dill, and carrots, broccoli and cauliflower hearts, shredded**
