How to make it

  • Preheat oven 190c, Gas ,mark 5
  • Line a baking tray with none-stick paper
  • Slice bananas into bowl of food processor of blender
  • Add egg yolks and vanilla, puree until smooth
  • Mix flour and salt together
  • In a separate bowl whisk the egg whites with the sugar until stiff
  • Gently fold in the banana mixture to the egg whites, then gradually fold in the flour
  • Spoon mixture into a piping bag that has been fitted with a plain nozzle
  • Pipe 4-inch (10-cm) fingers of the mixture on to the baking tray, leaving a space between them of about 2 inches
  • Bake for about 12 minutes or until lightly browed
  • transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool slightly
  • serve warm for best but can be eaten cold

    Thanks, I am very tired of frozen banana's , banana nut , and any thing else to use banana's from waste. This is different to me.Thanks for posting
