How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • For Crust ~
  • Beat flour, oats, brown sugar & butter in small mixer until crumbly.
  • Press on to bottom of ungreased 13 x 9" baking pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • For Filling ~
  • Beat pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs, spices, salt in large bowl until smooth.
  • Pour over crust and bake for additional 20 minutes.
  • For Topping ~
  • Combine brown sugar & nuts in small bowl & sprinkle over filling.
  • Bake for additional 15 to 25 minutes or til knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Top with whipped cream, if desired.
