This dough reminds me of hawaiian bread but not as sweet. They're tender, fluffy and delicious when eaten warm from the oven. I've made hamburger buns, sausage rolls, dinner rolls and cresents... lots of possiblities!

Many chefs prefer kosher salt, including myself, it's more flavorful and it contains fewer additives, like anti-caking agents. It's also lower in sodium.
