How to make it

  • Wash and slice asparagus - removing hard ends
  • melt butter in saute pan
  • add minced garlic
  • add sliced asparagus and mushrooms, tarragon, salt and pepper to taste
  • saute on medium heat till tender but al dente

    This was delicious! I used baby bella mushrooms and toawrds the end I added a splash of white wine (I was using it in another dish) I had only had tarragon once or twice before and I don't recall liking it, but this dish was a perfect way to give it another shot! Great flavor! Thanks!

    Okay, made this today and it was soooo good and so easy! :) I used baby bellas and added a healthy bit of sea salt after cooking. Easily a 5. Thank you for the recipe! :)

    Well...duh!! Mushrooms, fresh asparagus...garlic...sauteed(meaning I can use my cast iron)...I'm there. You've just added/changed my menu just a bit for later today...am makin' a new one of mine to photograph and post, and now this to go with it.(if I can still find fresh asparagus that looks good enough...cus I try to avoid supermarkets for fresh veggies ;) Thanks for the addition and the idea! :)
