Well...duh!! Mushrooms, fresh asparagus...garlic...sauteed(meaning I can use my cast iron)...I'm there. You've just added/changed my menu just a bit for later today...am makin' a new one of mine to photograph and post, and now this to go with it.(if I can still find fresh asparagus that looks good enough...cus I try to avoid supermarkets for fresh veggies ;) Thanks for the addition and the idea! :)

Okay, made this today and it was soooo good and so easy! :) I used baby bellas and added a healthy bit of sea salt after cooking. Easily a 5. Thank you for the recipe! :)
