Delicious and fabulous 2 Minute Microwave Fudge

- TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE COOLING TIME.
- PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE MADE THIS RECIPE FOR MANY YEARS! :)
- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

- 1Sift powdered sugar, cocoa, and salt into a 1 quart microwave safe bowl.
- 2Stir in milk and vanilla.
- 3Mix well.
- 4Place butter on top.
- 5Microwave on high, 2 minutes.
- (PLEASE note your time may vary according to microwave wattage)
- 6Beat with wooden spoon until smooth.
- 7Stir in nuts (OPTIONAL).
- 8Spread in 8 X 8 X 2 inch baking pan.
- 9Chill about 1 hour or until firm.
- 10Cut into pieces.
