Good call suggesting the red Alaska salmon -- it's the BEST variety! They've just about stopped running this time of year, but if I can find a fresh fillet of it I'll try it on this recipe -- work case scenario I'll pull out the fillet in my freezer!

Just for health reasons i think canadian bacon sliced thin and crisped under the broiler is the way to go for this recipe. i'm going to try it. ingredints sound veryn healthy. count me in tina d
