Ingredients
  • 8 whole graham crackers, finely crushed (about 1 cup crumbs)
  • 3 -5 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 to 4 dashes cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix graham crumbs, sugar cinnamon and butter.
  3. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Bake 5 to 8 minutes until lightly golden. I can just start to smell the cinnamon when I take it out, but everyone's nose is different.

This is a great graham cracker crust recipe. Very nice addition of cinnamon. I do a lot of baking and have used this trick myself. What a differenc! Thanks for the reminder!
