Deviled Eggs

- 1 dozen eggs shopping list
- 3/4 - 1 c. mayonaise, depending on taste shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard shopping list
- 1/4 c. sweet gherkins, chopped shopping list
- dash juice from sweet gherkin jar shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Boil eggs for about 20 minutes.
- Cool.
- Peel eggs.
- Slice in half, vertically.
- Place yolks in a separate bowl.
- Smash yolks with a fork, making sure to get them well mashed.
- Add mayo, mustard, sweet gherkins, juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Scoop mixture into the hollowed eggs.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Chill and serve.
