Ingredients

How to make it

  • Boil eggs for about 20 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Peel eggs.
  • Slice in half, vertically.
  • Place yolks in a separate bowl.
  • Smash yolks with a fork, making sure to get them well mashed.
  • Add mayo, mustard, sweet gherkins, juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Scoop mixture into the hollowed eggs.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Chill and serve.
