Healthy Cinnamon Chips

- 8 Multi Grain tortillas - Fajita Size shopping list
- 1 Tbls. cinnamon Powder + 2 Tbls sugar - Mixed together shopping list
- 1/2 cup Pure apple juice shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Stack tortillas ontop of each other and slice like a pie, into 8 pieces.
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and place cut tortillas in a single layer on sheet.
- Brush each slice, lightly with apple juice. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake for about 17 minutes.
- Let cool completely. Serve plain or with a fruit salsa.
