Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Stack tortillas ontop of each other and slice like a pie, into 8 pieces.
  • Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and place cut tortillas in a single layer on sheet.
  • Brush each slice, lightly with apple juice. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Bake for about 17 minutes.
  • Let cool completely. Serve plain or with a fruit salsa.

    I love this.. I also make them with pam and splenda and cinnamon. I made them for myself but the kids liked them too. This is one to add back into the rotation of snacks...Thanks for the reminder.

    I make these with Annies fruit salsa from AR. I spray them with pam, just on one side, and put the cinamon/sugar in a large plastic bag. Shake the chips in the sugar and bake, Yummy, and try them with fruit salsa

    This recipe would be great snack for diabetics if they substitute the sugar for an artifical sweetener as the cinnamon help control their blood sugar. Great recipe!

    Please do not use pre made, store bought, "cinnamon sugar" because that doesn't have a strong cinnamon flavor.
