How to make it

  • Ppour the cream and wine into a saucepan and add the garlic. Simmer over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the mussels and crumble in the smoked salmon. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, uncovered, for 5 to 6 minutes, or until the mussels open. Discard any mussels that don't open. Do not allow liquid to boil, as the cream may curdle. Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon wedges.
