Hot Fudge Cake

Don't usually do much in my slow cooker but this was calling me LOL Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1 box (18 1/2 ounces chocolate cake mix) shopping list
- 1 box (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix shopping list
- 2 cups sour cream shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 3/4 cup oil shopping list
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
- whipped cream or ice cream (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, water and oil in the Bowl Of an electric mixer. Beat on medium 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate Chips. Grease the crock of a slow cooker. Pour in batter. Cover and cook on Low 6 To 7 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours or until a toothpick inserted near the Center comes out with moist crumbs attached.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
