Ingredients

How to make it

  • In small saucepan,combine cranberries and 1 cup apple juice,bring to boil. Reduce heat;cover and simmer 10-15 mins or till berries pop.
  • Stir in gelatin till dissolved. Remove from heat;stir in apples and remaining juice.
  • Pour into a 4c mold coated with cooking sprat. Refrigerate 4 hours or till firm . Unmold onto serving plate.

    I love cranberries and I agree with Chef Elaine that apples and cranberries go hand-in-hand. Since I live in the Apple Capital of the World, I'll be sure to try this one! Thanks for sharing!
