Another "make your own" recipe! So easy to make your own pita chips for snacking. They're great for dips cus they hold up so well. Also, you can season them however you like and to match the dip!

I have made this several times Keni and they come out wonderful. I like them with Hummus or tabbouleh too! Your pizza dip sounds good also!

Yummy! I'll let you know how mine turn out. Now I just need to figure out what I'm dipping them in. Maybe that fruit salsa from AR... the recipe calls for cinnamon chips so I'll make these cinnamon pita chips! Thanks for sharing :-)

If you want to make this lower in fat, you can actually omit the oil and use just a 1/2Tbsp - 1Tbsp of water instead. You add the water to the seasonings and combine them. When you drop in the Pitas, you'll want to shake FAST so that none of them start to soak up too much water before they're all coated. They're actually delicious and you won't miss the fat.

These were so easy to make and so good! I made italian herb flavor to go with keni's pizza dip and salt and pepper flavor to go with juels' spicy chili bean dip. Another great one keni!
