One Bowl Italian Apple Cake Recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs

3/4 cup olive oil

1 3/4 cup sugar

2 cups flour

pinch salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup walnuts, chopped

4 apples, peeled and sliced

Directions

Combine and mix everything except apples and nuts.

When well combined, stir in apples and nuts.

Place batter into a oiled 9 x 13 pan.

Bake in a preheated 325F oven until tested done, about 1 hour.

Cool on rack

Delicious with ice cream or whipped cream
