One Bowl Italian Apple Cake

a easy wonderful apple cake made with olive oil ! Healthier baking!
Ingredients
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- pinch salt shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped shopping list
- 4 apples, peeled and sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Combine and mix everything except apples and nuts.
- When well combined, stir in apples and nuts.
- Place batter into a oiled 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake in a preheated 325F oven until tested done, about 1 hour.
- Cool on rack
- Delicious with ice cream or whipped cream
