Smoked Paprika Garlic Chicken Recipe
Great tasting chicken that is smoky,garlicky and sweet from the honey.

Ingredients
  • 11/2Tbs. each smoked spanish paprika,honey and sherry vinegar
  • 1Tbs garlic paste
  • 1 small chicken(3lb) cut in 8 pieces
  • 1/2tsp each salt and pepper
  • 8 large scallions,trimmed
  • 1 pkg yellow rice mix
  • 1c frozen green peas

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 400. Line a roasting pan with foil. Combine paprika,vinegar,honey and garlic paste;brush over chicken pieces,then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange chicken in prepared pan. Roast 30 mins;turn chicken pieces over. Add scallions to pan. Continue to roast 15-20 mins,turning pieces if necessary,until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  3. While chicken cooks,prepare yellow rice according to pkg. directions,stirring in frozen peas 5 mins before rice is cooked. To serve,spoon rice onto plates. Top with chicken and scallions.
