Easy plum crumble that tastes delicious.

Ingredients
- 21/2lbs. plums,each pitted and cut in 8 wedges.
- 1Tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1Tbs cornstarch
- 2/3c packed lt. brown sugar
- 1c old fashioned oats,uncooked
- 1/3c flour
- 1/2tsp ground cinnamon
- 4Tbs butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400. In a shallow 2qt. glass or ceramic baking dish,toss plums with lemon juice. In cup,mix cornstarch and 1/3 c sugar;toss with plums till evenly coated.
- In med. bowl,mix remaining 1/3c sugar with oats,flour,and cinnamon. With fingertips, blend in butter untl mixture resembles coarse crumbs.Sprinkle oat topping over plum mixture.
- Bake crumble 25-30 mins or till plums are tender and topping is lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.

I made this today using some fresh plums from the neighbors. Added pic, but haven't tasted yet, review to come later, but I'm sure it will be good. Smells good!
