Easy Plum Crumble

- 21/2lbs. plums,each pitted and cut in 8 wedges. shopping list
- 1Tbs fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1Tbs cornstarch shopping list
- 2/3c packed lt. brown sugar shopping list
- 1c old fashioned oats,uncooked shopping list
- 1/3c flour shopping list
- 1/2tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 4Tbs butter shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400. In a shallow 2qt. glass or ceramic baking dish,toss plums with lemon juice. In cup,mix cornstarch and 1/3 c sugar;toss with plums till evenly coated.
- In med. bowl,mix remaining 1/3c sugar with oats,flour,and cinnamon. With fingertips, blend in butter untl mixture resembles coarse crumbs.Sprinkle oat topping over plum mixture.
- Bake crumble 25-30 mins or till plums are tender and topping is lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.
