Ingredients
  • Egg roll wrapper
  • 2 whole egg
  • half of 1.55 lb of ground beef or pork
  • half of big red bell pepper slice cube very small
  • 1 potato slice cube very small
  • 1 carrots slice cube very small
  • 1/3 cup of soy sauce
  • 1 half of big onion slice cube very small
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 16 pcs large shrimp cut into pieces

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. wrap in the egg roll wrapper
  3. and fry till its golden brown
