Apple Brandy Custard Tart Recipe

Apple Brandy Custard Tart Recipe
A lovely dessert decidedly APPLE in flavor, but smooth and creamy in texture, with a hint of brandy as a highlight. A definite 'I want more' type of dessert! :+D

This sounds really good. Elaine, could it be cooked in individual ramekins with out a crust? Just curious.
