Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place peach halves in individual baking cups.
  • Pour honey over each, sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon and dot with butter.
  • Make crust by mixing sugar and flour.
  • Cut in shortening, then add milk to make soft dough.
  • Divide into six parts and drop on fruit.
  • Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
  • Invert on dessert plate and serve with hard sauce.
  • Six servings.
