Another peach cobbler this one is made with honey.

Ingredients
- 6 peach halves, fresh or canned
- 2/3 c. honey
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps. butter
- 1 c. all-pourpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsps. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsps. shortening
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions
- Place peach halves in individual baking cups.
- Pour honey over each, sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon and dot with butter.
- Make crust by mixing sugar and flour.
- Cut in shortening, then add milk to make soft dough.
- Divide into six parts and drop on fruit.
- Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
- Invert on dessert plate and serve with hard sauce.
- Six servings.
