Broiled Salmon With Tarragon-garlic Butter Recipe

Salmon, brushed with delicious garlic butter, and broiled to perfection ...and the tang of fresh lemon... make this a taste treat your entire family will love!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp minced fresh tarragon or1 tsp dried, crumbled
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- 2 (1-inch-thick) salmon fillets
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat broiler.
- Melt butter in small saucepan on the stove top over medium-low heat and saute garlic for a few seconds.
- Remove from heat and add lemon juice, tarragon and pepper.
- Arrange salmon skin side down on broiler-proof pan.
- Brush with half of butter mixture.
- Season with salt.
- Broil until nearly cooked; turn over and a cook until done to personal preference.
- Transfer to plates. Reheat remaining lemon/butter sauce; spoon over salmon and serve.
