Well it says that I cant rate this recipe....so I will just make a comment anyway. This is a very tasty and refreshing dressing that Keni concocted for me. Try this one if you like sweet and spicy. Like I said, I think this would be great on cold bean salads, or even a delish marinade for chicken or fish.

Thanks for adding it, Lori! :) Glad I could help...and, I can't rate this since I've never actually tasted it...but, I will try it just like this(as I usually add cilantro, as we discussed), next time I'm in the need! Hey...where's the pic? ;)

I like this recipe very much. I prefer making my own salad dressing as I can control the ingredients. This I will definitely make and keep.
Certainly deserves Five Forks! :)
Thanks for sharing...

Thank you both for this recipe! It's delish. I kicked it up with Chiloptle Chili Powder, but hey I'm in Texas! I also used a mix of honey/Agave Nectar since hubby is a diabetic. I really thank you for this recipe, it feels very fresh, light & delish! I'm actually going to start making my Bruschetta with this dressing.
