Blueberry Hummingbird Bars

Very moist and yummie, Enjoy
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 cups diced bananas shopping list
- 1 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 1 cup blueberries shopping list
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 15 x 10-inch jellyroll
- pan.
- Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off. In large bowl,
- combine all ingredients. Stir until blended, spread evenly in pan.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out
- clean.
- Glaze: In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup softened butter or margarine, 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 to 2 tablespoons warm milk. Spread over warm bars. Cool completely, cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
- Makes 48 bars.
