Pineapple Corn Bread

This is baked in a loaf pan and recipes comes from Kenyon Corn meal company of Rhode Island. But one can use another good quality cornmeal. Pineapple ajm is great in the recipe. Im a cornbread freak and love the various recipes!
Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 4 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 1/8 cups milk shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 4 Tbs oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup pineapple jam shopping list
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple drained shopping list
How to make it
- Sift together dry ingreidents
- Mix to gether wet ingrdients
- Stir all to moisten.
- Pour into a greased 8 x 4 into loaf pan
- Bake 375 F about an hour OR until tested done
