Pineapple Corn Bread Recipe

	Midgelet / All my dishes 1 year, 2 months ago This is baked in a loaf pan and recipes comes from Kenyon Corn meal company of Rhode Island. But one can use another good quality cornmeal. Ingredients

1 cup yellow cornmeal

1 1/2 cup flour

4 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 1/8 cups milk

2 eggs beaten

4 Tbs oil

1/2 cup pineapple jam

1/2 cup crushed pineapple drained

Directions

Sift together dry ingreidents

Mix to gether wet ingrdients

Stir all to moisten.

Pour into a greased 8 x 4 into loaf pan

Bake 375 F about an hour OR until tested done
