Almost Instant Bread Recipe

Just combine a bread mix, sugar club soda or beer and presto! you have instant bread-almost.

Ingredients
- 3 cups baking mix
- 1 (12 oz) club soada or beer
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar, optional
- Beer will give it a yeasty flavor.
Directions
- In a large bowl combine baking mix, club soda or beer and sugar.
- Stir just until mixed. There may be a few lumps. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into a greased 9x4 inch loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees until brown on top and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Especially good served warm with butter.
- Also makes good toast for the next day.
