Bhajji is a spicy Indian snack consisting of fried onions and has thousands of recipes to choose from . This Bhajji is made from chillies with potato stuffings ..... def. not for the faint hearted ........
Ingredients
- 1 Medium potato , boiled until fully cooked shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 onion , thinly chopped shopping list
- Pinch of masala ( I used chaat masala ) or herbs shopping list
- ........................ shopping list
- 5 Big Green chillies shopping list
- .......................... shopping list
- Mix everything into thick batter : shopping list
- 1/2 C gram ( besan ) flour shopping list
- 1 tbsp rice flour shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- water few spoons shopping list
- ....................... shopping list
How to make it
- Slit the chillies in the middle with the ends intact .
- Remove the seeds and wash it .
- ............................
- Fry the onions .
- Mash the potatoes in a bowl .
- Add the salt and spices along with fried onions .
- ...........................
- Stuff them into the chillies .
- Dip and rub with the batter to fully cover the chillies .
- Shallow fry them .
- SERVE HOT HOT HOT ...................
