Ingredients
- almond paste shopping list
- (Frosts 1 (10-inch) tube cake or 2 loaf pans) shopping list
- 1 lb almonds, blanched shopping list
- 1 lb sifted confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 3 egg whites, lightly beaten shopping list
- 1 tsp almond extract shopping list
- Grind almonds fine. Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly. Spread over the cake. Let dry. shopping list

Never tried making my own. But, I am saving this and will try it out. Thanks for posting. I usually buy it in a 2-1/2 lb. can to make cookies during holiday time.
