Serves 30

Wonderfully easy filling recipe using just 3 ingredients. This will fill 2 9 x 13" cakes or one cake w/ a thick layer. Very nice light flavor w/ delicate sweetness!

Ingredients

1 8 oz package cream cheese, SOFTENED shopping list
1 15 oz jar Polander seedless rasberry all fruit shopping list
1 8 oz tub Cool Whip shopping list

How to make it

Whip cream cheese in mixer
Add all fruit and combine well
Whip in cool whip
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.

Can the raspberry be substituted for any flavor? I made the raspberry and it was awesome!! Thought to try strawberry, but didn't know if it was just a simple substitution or if any additions needed to be made along with the strawberry.

After serving this mousse inside chocolate cupcakes after my granddaughters baptism my sister-in-law asked me to make them the following weekend for her granddaughter's 4th birthday party and my son in law who never eats sweets ate 5 of them in one day. Excellent recipe Pam and congratulations on your beautiful baby girl.
