Strike Up The Music To These Tomatoes Recipe

broiled and stuffed tomatoes with marinated mushrooms, wine, parsely, garlic, basil and just croutons... topped with parmesean cheese a sqeeze of a fresh lemon

Ingredients
  • sliced tomatoes
  • mushrooms, garlic, parsely and red wine
  • just croutons
  • top with parmesean cheese
  • top with fresh black pepper
  • top with parsley and fresh basil
  • and broil these tomatoes and very yummy!!
  • squeeze some fresh lemon and go for it

Directions
  1. slice tomatoes in half and scoop it out
  2. in a pan saute mushrooms, garlic, parsely in red wine
  3. place in tomato that is scooped out
  4. top with just croutons
  5. chop up some fresh basil
  6. squeeze some fresh lemon over top
  7. add some black pepper
  8. parmesean cheese
  9. more fresh parsley
  10. and broil these tomatoes....
  11. serve with great crackers or alone...
