the truely perfect bacon mac n cheese

so my friend was raving about this pizza hut new bacon mac n' cheese she saids its so fabulious, lol she realy talks like that. so i go try this with her and eh not so good the bacon was kina soggy and it wasnt that cheesey to me so i envited her over for dinner to re-creat this bacon mac and cheese, we found a fabulous and perfect mac and cheese recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of elbow macaroni shopping list
- 3 cups whole milk shopping list
- 1 cupe heavy wipping cream shopping list
- 3 cups white sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 lbs of processed velvita or like wize cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmasan shopping list
- 1/2 cup romano shopping list
- about 4 thick sliced bacon shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 4 of flour shopping list
- pepper to tast shopping list
How to make it
- get water boiling for pasta
- in a oven safe dish melt butter until brown add flour and stir and let cook for about 3 min, start slowely adding milk and cream, mix them together in a big old cup to add together
- while this is thickining, pasta should be in hot water cooking,
- cook off your bacon ina pre-heated oven at 400* on a cookie sheet with sides so they isnt a bacon grease spill to clean, bake for about 10 min,
- slowely add all cheeses to milk, start with processed cheese it takes a while to melt then all the rest, drain pasta when al dente and mix in with cheese, once bacon is crisp crunch up and add to the top of mac n' cheese
- bake this at like 300 for about 30 min so everything comes together into one great flavor
- i ate just one huge bowl full but my friends like to put hot sauce on hers ;) whatever floats your boat!!
