How to make it

  • In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients, set aside
  • In medium bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin & oil
  • Add liquid ingredients; stir just until moistened to flour mixture
  • Stir in apples
  • Spoon batter into greased or paper-lined muffin cups, filling 3/4 full
  • Combine streusel topping ingredient except butter,
  • Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
  • Sprinkle topping over batter in cups
  • Bake in preheated oven of 350 for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
